Gemma Cutler

FOUNDER, CEO

With a JEB Diploma in Teaching IT Skills, over 16 years experience as a Training Consultant in various software packages from Office products, Vehicle tracking software to CRM databases and with a passion for learning and passing on that knowledge, Gemma makes database training fun.

Gemma spent 9 years working for a leading CRM software provider, has been in the not-for-profit sector Training clients worldwide in ProgressCRM and HelplinePro. During this time, Gemma gained a vast amount of global knowledge in the sector which enables charities, not for profits and organisations to gain a deeper understanding of their operational and business needs.

TRAINING DIRECTOR

Being a great people person is an essential requirement and Chris has this combined with a natural aptitude for Charity CRM systems. Accredited as an authorised Donorfy trainer, Chris runs the majority of Donorfy training. As a skilled project manager, Chris is the go-to for all transition or transformational needs, especially if moving from one CRM system to another.

Although not involved in the day to day of Makeitaplan, as one of the founders, Adrian maintains a role on the board to help steer the direction of the company. Adrian holds several leadership roles and has ran successful teams in the UK, across EMEA and Globally. Adrian was granted a Fellowship at the Royal Society of Arts, Commerce and Manufacturing which enables him to bring inspirational leadership, with strong ethics on inclusion, to the Makeitaplan board.
